Witches who run through the night as hares or foxes, families of wolf-people who stalk the wooded mountains, warriors who transform into bears and wolves in their frenzy, mythic beings who appear in many Otherworldly shapes - myth and folklore from the Celtic countries are full of stories about the mysterious power of shapeshifting. This class will explore the historical, folkloric, and cultural background of shapeshifting lore, as well as contemporary Celtic polytheist spiritual practices and trance techniques you can use to develop your own practice of shapeshifting.
